What is this App?

This is a specialized AI-powered application designed to predict a baby's future appearance. It offers two unique methods for prediction: analyzing 4D ultrasound images or synthesizing features from parents' photos. The app provides an intuitive interface to generate, save, and manage these AI predictions, giving expectant parents a fun glimpse into their baby's potential look.

How do I use the 4D Ultrasound Prediction feature?

The "4D Ultrasound Prediction" tool allows you to upload a 4D ultrasound scan of your fetus.

  • Upload: Simply tap the "+" icon to select and upload a clear 4D ultrasound image from your gallery.
  • Generate: Once uploaded, tap the "Generate Baby Photo" button. The AI will process the image to create a realistic prediction of what the baby might look like after birth.
  • History: You can view past attempts in the history list, which shows the status of each generation (Success, Failed, or Processing). If a generation is successful, you can view the result, download the image, or try regenerating it.
  • Note: This feature utilizes AI credits (e.g., "Available AI Credits: 42").

    • How does the Parents' Photo Prediction work?

    The "Parents' Photo Prediction" feature uses photos of the mother and father to simulate the baby's appearance at different ages.

  • Upload Photos: Tap the "+" icons to upload one photo for the father and one for the mother.
  • Customize: Select the baby's gender (Boy/Girl) and choose the age you wish to visualize (ranging from 1 month to 12 years).
  • Generate: Click "Generate Baby Photo" to see the AI-synthesized result combining the parents' traits.
  • Note: Like the ultrasound feature, this also consumes available AI credits.

    • What do the status indicators in the history list mean?

    In the "History" tab, you can track the status of your previous AI generations:

  • Success: The AI has successfully generated the image. You can tap "View Result" to see the full-screen prediction.
  • Failed: The generation process encountered an error (indicated by a red exclamation mark). You may need to try uploading a clearer image.
  • AI Processing: The system is currently working on your request (indicated by a clock icon). Please wait for it to complete.

    • Is there a way to estimate my baby’s weight?

    Yes. The Baby Weight Calculator uses ultrasound measurements such as:

  • Gestational Age (GA)
  • Abdominal Circumference (AC)
  • Femur Length (FL)
  • Biparietal Diameter (BPD)
  • Head Circumference (HC)
    • Input your data, and the app calculates an estimated fetal weight using clinically validated formulas. An explanation of the algorithm and data sources is available for transparency.

    What other tools are included in BabyFace?

    In addition to the main features, BabyFace includes:

  • Checkup Tracker: Log prenatal visits, tests, ultrasounds, and doctor notes with timestamps.
  • Home Dashboard: A visual timeline showing recent activity across all tools (Breast Milk, Maternity Bag, Contractions, etc.).
  • Settings & Customization: Adjust preferences, manage notifications, and control data privacy.
    • All tools are accessible from the bottom navigation bar or the home screen cards.

    Is my personal health data secure?

    Yes. All your data is encrypted and stored securely. Only you have access unless you choose to share it. We follow industry-standard privacy practices to protect your sensitive information.

    How often should I update my records?

    We recommend updating as frequently as needed:

  • Log contractions during labor
  • Track breast milk after each session
  • Update the maternity bag as you pack
  • Record weight weekly or as advised by your doctor
    • Consistent logging gives you the most accurate picture of your journey.

    Go to the Maternity Bag section and tap “+ Add” to build your personalized checklist. Choose from preloaded essentials—like maternity pads, baby clothes, or nursing bras—or add your own items. Mark what’s packed, flag must-haves, and switch between “Mom” and “Baby” tabs to stay fully prepared. No more last-minute panic!

    Time Contractions Like a Pro—Even During Labor

    Open the Contraction Record tool when labor begins. Tap “Start” at the beginning of a contraction and “End” when it stops—the app automatically logs duration and calculates intervals. View real-time stats like “contractions per hour” and average timing to know when it’s time to head to the hospital.

    Use the Breast Milk feature to log each pumping session: enter volume from left/right breasts, set storage status (in stock or expired), and add expiration dates. The app shows your daily total, running inventory, and alerts you before milk expires—so nothing goes to waste.
